Two Birds, One Bullet is a sandbox first person shooter puzzle game about eliminating two targets using a limited number of eccentric bullet types. Before each run of the game the player selects two bullet types with various effects such as disabling electrical devices or turning people into giant purple monsters. Then the player must use their selected bullets to interact with the environment and find intricate ways to take out your targets.
As a programmer and designer on this project, I developed the base systems for NPC scheduling and navigation. I worked closely with the rest of the designers to create a means of easily setting up NPCs who follow predictable routes that are altered by the player's actions. I also was in charge of developing the framework for all of the interactable objects to work off of.
Two Birds, One Bullet was developed by a team of 8 over a 4 week period as a prototype using the Unity engine.
